Spare parts for label printers

Printheads, platen rollers, belts, sensors and covers. On an industrial printer, a rebuild costs a fraction of replacement and returns several years of service.

Three criteria separate the models:

• Printhead resolution, which must match the printer exactly
• Manufacturer part number, the only guarantee of mechanical and electrical fit
• Platen roller, to change at the same time as the head so the new one is not worn

A head printing with a vertical white line is dead, not dirty. Carrying on in that state damages the platen roller and doubles the bill.
